Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

This document is a draft pending legal review and may change before general availability.

This policy explains how Stokrio ("Stokrio", "we") handles personal information when you visit stokrio.com or use the Stokrio application.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash), and the organisations you belong to and your role in each.
  • Business data you add or connect — products, suppliers, purchase orders, warehouses, stock levels, lots and production records. If you connect Shopify, we receive your store's products and orders, which include customer names and shipping addresses.
  • Technical information — the IP address and browser user agent recorded with each sign-in session, and server logs used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: authenticate you, show your organisation's data and perform the actions you request.
  • To send service emails such as invitations, password resets and account approvals.
  • To secure the service, investigate abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your business data to advertise to you.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and short-lived cookies to protect sign-in with Shopify. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Stokrio, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • hosting and database providers that store and process the service's data;
  • an email delivery provider that sends service emails;
  • Shopify, when you choose to connect a store.

If you use Stokrio through a 3PL, the 3PL that manages your workspace can see the data in it. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account or an organisation's data at any time. When a Shopify store owner requests redaction of a customer, or uninstalls the app, we remove the related customer details as Shopify requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@stokrio.com.

Security

We describe our security controls on the Security page. Report a concern to security@stokrio.com.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
