Purchasing
From suggestion to supplier to shelf
Draft POs in one click, email them to suppliers, receive what actually arrives, and keep every forecast in sync with what's on the way.

How purchase orders & receiving works
Stokrio creates draft purchase orders per supplier from replenishment suggestions, emails them to the supplier with a CSV attachment (replies go to the buyer), tracks expected dates, and receives stock in full or in parts with lot numbers, expiry dates, carrier and tracking. Short shipments can be closed. A 12-week calendar shows expected deliveries and orders to place. Open POs count as stock on order in every forecast, and received POs measure real supplier lead times.
- Email to supplier
- Every line, quantity, cost and the requested date, with a CSV attached. Replies go to the person who sent it.
- Partial receiving
- Receive what arrived, with lot, expiry, carrier and tracking. The rest stays on order — or close the PO short.
- Inbound calendar
- Twelve weeks of deliveries due and orders to place, with overdue POs called out.
- Lead times that learn
- Sent and received dates feed each supplier's measured lead time and its variability.
