Inventory & warehouse

Every unit has a paper trail

Receipts, sales, adjustments, transfers, production, Shopify syncs and 3PL movements all land on one ledger, per product and warehouse, with a running balance you can reconcile to the unit.

How stock ledger & audit trail works

Stokrio keeps an append-only stock ledger: a database trigger writes a line for every change to on-hand stock, with the change type (receipt, sale, adjustment, transfer, production, sync, count), its source (user, Shopify, 3PL, API, system), the reference (PO, transfer, order), the person and the balance after it. The ledger can be filtered, exported to CSV and verified: lines always sum to stock on hand.

Nothing bypasses it
Lines are written in the database itself, so even an unexpected change shows up as untracked rather than disappearing.
Cause and reference
Each line links back to the purchase order, transfer, adjustment, work order or order that caused it.
Running balance
The balance after every movement, per product and warehouse, reconciles exactly to stock on hand.
On every product page
Stock history for a product or a warehouse, filterable and exportable to CSV.

Frequently asked questions

Can the ledger be edited?
No. It's append-only; corrections are new lines (for example an adjustment), so history is never rewritten.
Does it include Shopify and 3PL changes?
Yes. Shopify stock syncs and 3PL partner movements and counts are recorded with their source.
