Never let a missing jar stop a production run
Bills of materials turn the forecast for what you sell into demand for what you make it from — with reorder dates, safety stock and alerts for every material.

How raw-material planning & production works
Stokrio explodes finished-goods and bundle sales through bills of materials (quantity per batch, batch size, scrap percentage and sub-assemblies) into demand for each raw material. Materials are forecast, alerted and reordered like any product, inherit the importance (ABC class) of the products they go into, and appear in a material requirements report. Work orders consume materials and add finished goods.
- Dependent demand
- Material demand comes from the forecasts of every product that uses it, including through bundles and sub-assemblies.
- Batch size and scrap
- Quantities per batch and scrap allowances are applied exactly.
- Material requirements report
- Needed in the next 30 and 90 days, shortfall over lead time, order-by date and suggested quantity.
- Work orders
- Produce finished goods and consume components in one step, blocked when materials are short.
