How 3pl client workspaces works

Stokrio supports 3PL organisations with client organisations: each client brand gets an isolated workspace with its own users and data, clients can request access through a sign-up link the 3PL approves, and 3PL staff open any client workspace with their 3PL role.

Frequently asked questions

Can clients log in themselves?
Yes. Client users get their own logins with roles, scoped to their brand. Or, if you manage their users through the partner API, they open Stokrio from your portal and never need a Stokrio password.
Does stock come from our warehouse system?
Yes. Through the partner API your system reports receipts, shipments, adjustments, transfers and bin moves (with lots and expiry) plus a nightly stock count. Your system stays the source of truth.
